Talk to General Physician on Fever, Runny Nose And Epigastric Pain

my son is 6 year old he is feeling pain while taking breath, and moving arround along with runny nose and fever which is 100f , dr suggested syp regix, syr Floyd which anti tussive, and panadol fort syrup, but he not getting relief after using is for one day should i continue this medicine Or go for labs like cbc crp and lfts

Syp. Brufen (1+1+1)
Keep him hydrated (ORS, soups, chocolate milk etc.)
Steam inhalation (1+0+1)
When you need to visit hospital on urgent basis :
Fast or difficult breathing / chest pulling in
Bluish lips or nails
Fever >101–102°F or lasting >2–3 days
Severe chest/abdominal pain
Child very sleepy, irritable, or not drinking fluids
Signs of dehydration (no urine, dry mouth, no tears)
