Talk to General Physician on Fever Side Effects

I had temperature last week. during temperature I had severe chest infection that made me panic. I took pulmanol syrup 2 days continuously and finished the bottle in 2 or 3 days. Now my mouth has always bitter taste and I am still feeling unconscious all the time. I am really worried. I am not feeling hunger and mentally unstable. Kindly guide me so that my mind become active and normal.
