it has many causes so need to be visited by a specialist physician soon after taking history and doing physical examination and some tests then everything will be cleared up

Low level of platelets suggestive of Dengue infection
I would suggest Dengue NS1 test to confirm the diagnosis
Take Paracetamol tab 3 times a day
tab Motilium twice a day
Drink plenty of water so you may stay hydrated
Eat healthy food like fresh vegetables,fruits and a multivitamin to avoid post infectious weakness
