I am having fever, watery eyes and restlessness from past 3 days. i'm taking 2 panadols B.D but no luck. No cough / flue / headache. Its just body ache and fever / watery eyes. Please suggest me some medicines. thanks

just take panadol 2 tablets 3 times daily.
maintain temperature chart (note, date, time, temperature when you feel fever)
if high fever remains after 5 days or new symptoms develop, take online appointment.
