Take tab cefspan 400 mg once daily for 07 days along with Artem DS 80/480 (morning + evening) 03 days
Go for complete blood test to rule out dengue. CRP.

well ideally DENGUE and Malaria needs to be ruled out by simple basic tests CBC with MP slide, but if it's difficult than treat symptomatically i.e
1- for fever Panadol 2 tablets 6 hourly
2- If fever goes to 103-105 than take Antimalarials Arceva 80/480 twice a day for 3 days
3- Tab Softin 10mg once a day for sore throat.
4- Lots of liquid intake, kehva etc
