She is having high fever (101-103) Since 2days with shivering and chills, fever is cyclic, after giving 2tabs of panadol it subsided but after 5hrs it start to spike again which also complains about right upper abdomen pain and she had one episode of vomiting yesterday, no Medicine is given except panadol

Get the Abdominopelvic US.. and Urine for Culture and sensitivity.
Then start with Ciproxin 500mg two times for 5 days along with Panadol one tab three times daily
Kindly rule out cause
Needs investigation as urine report show proteinuria?
Any history of renal problem in past
Is she diabetic?
Ict malaria and dengue profile is negative
Have u done her typhoid test?
Any history of renal pain or renal stones?
it is urinary tract infection
