Talk to General Physician on Feverish And Sneezing

I am having constant sneezing. This happened after i cleaned my house it was a thorough cleaning and there was alot of dust. I am highly allergic to dust. Anyhow i m still having alot of sneezing every other minute. Along with that I feel heavy headed. I checked my temperature it was sometimes 36.8 degree celcius sometimes 36.6 degree celcius and sometimes exact 37 degree celcius. I have not been outside from home since more than 2 months now. Please guide me. Should I take paracetamol and antiallergy?
