Talk to General Physician on Feverish, Bitter Taste, Weakness ,diabetic

I wanna talk to dr Rabia noor kindly tag her. I also discussed with u earlier , my mother feels fever , bitter taste, weakness and burning feet in every summer. We did typhoid test for her which was negative. She visited twice to her physician he always looks to her sugar and ignored this problem of fever . My mother can't do any work can't walk . Dr prescribed gablin for neuropathy due to which she feels drowziness and feet talked to dr he said stop gablin 75 mg. Kindly help us we are worried for her. sugar is controlled which was 139 random. She is taking for bp and also taking depex tab for menopause as she removed uteruse in 2003. Her age is 60 and diabetic since 1995. Sugar is controlled alhumdulillah.
