We live away from home on my site. Here the cooks use the flour available in market. That wheat flour is not the same as the flour we use in home (jo hum chaki se khud piswate hn). Ye ata jo bazar se milta hai woh white type hota hai lekin maidah nhi. Maidah to bohat safed hota hai.I was reading that white flour causes diabetes due to a bleach used to make it whiten. Jo ata bazar main mil rha hai woh hundred percent pure to nhi hota lekin maidah se thora behtar hota hai. Kya sirf maidah hi diabetes ki waja hai ya to aam markete se milnay wala safed type ata bhi? Dear the flour we are using its not harmful and didn't cause diabetes you just eat and take penalty of water. must be walk in morning and night as this you will save from all diseases
