Mujhe week mai ik dafa Flu lazmi hota hai - asa koi 2 sal se chal raha hai - 2 din mai thk be hota jata hai -jab Flu hota hai phr naal mai bht kharash (Itch) hoti hai - winter mai kuch zida ho jata -zara se thndi hawa lagye flu ho jata - dust allergy bahi hai -zara ki dust se chenkey (sneeze) ane lag jati hai -phr flu ho jata hai -ajeeb se naak main Kharish hoty joshnada ya pandol le lo -zakhma to thk ho jata mgr naak bnd ho jata hai - sans lena ajeb sa lagta suggest me any advice?

Most probably you have dust and cold allergy. Take precautions like wear mask, avoid dust and observe for other things which gives you flu like symptoms. Take anti-histamines(anti-allergic) like Rigix 10mg once every night whenever you have flu. it has got some sedation thats why its better to take it at night time. Also go for yearly vaccination.
