Talk to General Physician on Flu Getting Worse

Hi, I have this permanent flu but it has got worst in the past few years. what happen is that there's permanent nasal blockade and i breath from mouth. Then, i can feel air pressure in my nose causing irritation and pain as someone is pumping air out of my nose but due to blockade, a pressure is built and it doesn't find a way out. i can feel this air in my ears. Then, there's constant sound coming out of my nose. I can't even sleep these days. the medicine that I've tried as per doctors advice include rigix, fexet d, several nasal sprays, streaming, panadol and even Azithromycin but nothing works as it kind of develop immunity against medicines. my CT scan reports were normal, my Covid test was negative. what should I do next?
