Salam Doctors, As the weather is changing in Islamabad, I am suffering from severe flu and sneezing, mild cough, mild sore throat and fever from 99-100°C.
Kindly suggest a good and quick solution as it is quite disturbing. I am avoiding anti allergics that are sedating. Thanks

Yes it happens atleast once in winters. No body aches. Slight pain in legs that too at night n very little bit.

if fever more than 100F
start antibiotics

it means you had fever which touches base line after taking panadol
start
tab azomax 500mg daily for 3days
tab fexet 60mg bd
and go for CBC
and covid 19 -PCR
it's better to be safe .
