Im having flu with loads of sneezing,sometimes runny sometimes blocked nose,occassionally feverish feeling(no fever),myalgias,headache,feeling of heaviness in head for 2 days but most concerning thng is occassional vomitting and tonight i aspired the vomit while it just viral flu or should i be concerned?and will i need antibiotics?which specialist should i consult?can it be covid?the sputum was thick and its liquidy nd transparent
