Your low sugar is 70 mg/dl, right? it is the lowest limit of normal sugar, it isn't medically considered low, unless you feel some symptoms with it. Your HbA1C is 5.9, this doesn't mean you have diabetes, it means you're at increased risk of developing diabetes i.e you're in borderline, close to becoming diabetic.
