Talk to General Physician on Flue, Temperature

Hi,
My wife is 3 months pregnant. From last 2 days she has flue and fever. On her last checkup (5 days ago) Gynaecologist has prescribed her following medicines. *Tab Sangobian *Tab Folic Acid *Tab Calc1000 No i am a bit confused about taking any medicine for flu or fever along with these ones. I want to ask should we contact health care or not.? Or can we take flue or fever tablets along with these tabs.?
