Diagnosis: foot abscess (Drainage has been done)
Medication: dalacyn c 600gm (Iv) and Q bact 1gm (Iv) 2 times a day each
Fucidin cream 3 times a day.
3 days has been passed using these medicines
Patient still have puss inside the wound which can be seen but all of the swelling has been recovered and wound is better than before but still little wet.

please request the surgeon clean to-dry the wound rest fine and if diabetic control it strictly

3 days is not long enough time for abscess to completely get dry.need evaluation if it is superficial soft tissue infection or more deep seated or a bone infection. i am afraid not everything can get sorted by e consults . risk factors are important is she diabetic or any h/p peripheral arterial disease?

Tablet nezkil 600 mg every 12 hourly for atleast 10 days
