Talk to General Physician on Frequent Back Pain

I am feeling frequent pain during the night or even sometimes during the day. at back and I front side of left kidney side. I have gone through Ultra Sound and Xray. reports are clear. but still, I feel pain. I feel like my all muscles are torn apart. I feel more back pain whenever I am working. Please guide me which doctor or treatment should I go or visit.
