Talk to General Physician on Frequent Headache

Approx 12-15 days back I fall n hit my head on the ground (left side above ear). There was pain for few days then it subsided. 3 days I got yellowish liquid from nose and it was also going to throat. It lasted about 2 days. The problem is whenever I take a little stress even for normal chores I get a pain in my affected area and lasts about few hours then subside. Is there a problem? Should I see a doctor n which one?? Will the pain go away by itself??
