i think history and information needs more elaboration it some thing very acute onset like a day or so or been there for a while.More so any associated pain discomfort , or fever .Any blood noticed ? any known h/o kidney stones .Any h/o wt loss or excessive thirst.
as suggested early
you should get bloods and urine test
including FBC, U/E CRP BLOOD GLUCOSE , urine for routine examination c/s
and get checked
it could be any thing ranging from urinary tract infection , to irritable bladder or a symptoms of diabetes.
