Talk to General Physician on Frozen Shoulder (post For Orthopedic Doctors)

My mother has frozen shoulder (some 90° movement/restriction) since Nov 2020. Orthopedic doctors suggested exercise and medicines.

I am concerned about this report which is attached here. It doesn't mention anything like frozen shoulder or arthritis. Kindly help me in understanding the problem and guide about the treatment.

Secondly, we are avoiding going to lab for test. Previously doctor prescribed Indrop D 1ml. How often should this be given?

Patient is diabetic and cannot take NSAID. Currently havibg Tramal plus for pain
