Talk to General Physician on Fungal Infection White Tongue

Hi, I posted here on Marham few days ago about that I have white tongue, he told me I had oral thrush and told me to apply daktarin gel. But daktarin gel hasn't shown any improvements in the past week. What should I do? Can some doctor prescribe some anti fungal capsules that I can have. Gel doesn't seem to show any improvements

yet it is not confirmed is it h pylori or fungal infection for proper diagnosis you are requested to visit your nearest doctor clinic. As per my experience I advised you to test for h pylori too..

you take Nilstat drops 3 ml every 3 hour and keep in mouth for at least 5 minutes than spit out but be carefull about frequency dont eat any pan chalia choona etc

No sir I was hoping for some tablet/capsule because gel is hard to keep in mouth and the infection is till the back of my tongue so it's hard to apply. That's why I was asking for a tablet.
