Could you please comment on the abnormality in the ECG report only? Patient is afraid of the outcome of report and feeling anxiety over it. I just wanna know the brief overview of this ECG report so that I can take the next steps accordingly.

have you checked the vitals bp pulse saturation.she is in fast AF .any history of hypertension ischemic heart disease stroke thyrotoxicosis.share your All reports if possible and also tell me about the vitals

Please review lipid and RFT results. The test results seem normal. BP is usually normal but sometimes high 150 - 95. Sugar after 1-2 hrs of food is 145-150
She is just taking tension and anxiety. No cardiac issue in the history.

go for TFT and echo,serum electrolytes.share reports with me.at the same time start taking tab ascard plus once at evening time daily after meal continues.tab concor 2.5mg twice daily continues
