Gas In Stomach From Some Days.

Question

I also Have done my Wisdom Tooth Extraction and have stitches in Mouth for that Purpose I also use pain killers but not any Stomach Tablet that's Why Now I'm feeling My Belly Tighten and don't have full sleep. Feeling my muscles tighten & sometimes painful. Please advise some nutritional treatment. Also advise that what will be precautions and what should I can eat or not?
