Salam, I got gastroenteritis in end of march. Treated it with antibiotics. Now 1 week before of 18 april i started getting itching on my anus part. On 18th april i got constipation. Passed stool after 2 days. But it was hard and painfull. Since then I’m having too much pain on anus area also light pain in stomach. I lost my appetite. Can’t eat much. Consulted dr online on 28 april. He told me that its fissure and told me to apply gtn cream and xylocain gel. When i applied i felt a mass type thing just on back of anus hole. That part is itching and paining. It is white in colour. Yesterday on 5 april i got nausea and stomach pain since morning . At 2 pm i visited general surgeon for my fissure. She gave me voren tab and flagyl tab and gtn cream. Took 1 dose of both medicines but my nausea and stomach pain was too much . Again consulted dr online and he told me to stop flagyl and voren tab. I took motilium in night. Today my nausea is alot . Stomach pain is alot. Can’t eat more than 2 bi
you have gastritis. cap risek 40 mg two times for three days. then one cap befor meal at night time. tab scipride 25 mg bd for one week
also 2tsf if syp crafilm tds
You need proper assessment and adjustments of medications.
OK I think for my advice u need proper consultation with surgery ithink we have to see what problem u having going on kindly consult any female surgery for you issue bec i can't say before u need proper examination by doctor
If something is coming out from rectum area that must have to see bec 2 condition are different from each other
Either u have pile problem
Or fissure problem?
I advice to relieve from constipation kindly
Take duphalac syrup at night only 1 tsf for constipation
Take ispghul husk 1 tsf x half glass of water
For pain if didn't resolve u can go for i/m injection but u need proper examination ok thanks

I went to general surgeon and she said its fissure. Gave me gtn , voren tab and flagyl.

pl explain whether pain is in stomach or in abdomen,pl indicate exact site
2)is this crampy pain or constant ach
3)Any fever

Pressure like pain in whole stomach. Also feeling light fever sometimes but from inside. Can’t eat anything and that’s why feeling weakness and numbness in whole body.

use for four days and then inform
