Aoa, i had panic attack thrice for 1 month i have no depression or anxiety i had heart pain i dont know if its due to gas ive done ecg its normal since then now I’ve gerd ibs having bloating cramps accessive gas it gets worst when i lay down it feels like i will have heart attack or something feelings chills now that i overcome my anxiety i try to stay normal but this heart pain gives me anxiety it mostly happens when i eat or empty stomach im afraid to go hospital its been 3 month Having alot of gass Hemmoriods when passing stole Cramps in stomach Sudden Shortness of breath Neck left shoulder pain kindly diagnose what it the issue thanks
