Aoa. i got 2nd dose of moderna vaccine yesterday and like the 1st time i have sore arm and fever and body pain and i am taking panadol for that every 6 hrs. but now i have racing heartbeat too. i couldn't sleep all night because of that. is it vaccine side effect or something else

All vaccines can cause a bit of fever lasting a couple of days or a mild local reaction..It will improve in a day or two.You increased heart beat could be due to this fever or related to your anxiety associated with the fever.
Continue panadol tab 2 tab 6hrly or as needed.Record fever.If you have a pulse oximeter you can also check the pulse rate.
If high Fever above 100.3 persists beyond 3 days contact your physician
