Talk to General Physician on General Physician - Vitamin E

Dear Sir, I am taking Vitamin E (400mg once daily) since one month and I got lot of benefits, like my skin is shining now, energy boost etc. I want to now that now I should stop taking it or I can use it for very long period. Thanks
