ap spicy, oily ,junk, cold drinks, chicken bilkul bnd kr den.
daily 10 se 12 glass pani piyen.
gerd ko control krne k liye khali peet ye exercise kren.
Deep breathing exercise (inhale breath as deep as u can through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth repeat 5 times in sitting position)
Take a normal temp glass of water and take one sip and swallow n do massage of your neck along with swallowing. drink full glass of water by repeating steps.
do this once in a day for upto 1 week.
avoid drinking cold water.
avoid sleeping on your left side or prone.
