no at all it's not approved that extra vitamins are helpful so need to be visited by a specialist physician soon after taking history and doing physical therapy and some tests then everything will be cleared up

Kindly get 15-30 minutes of sunlight daily before 11.30 AM. If daily is not possible, then as and when you can. Try for at least once a week.

Consume more seasonal fruits and vegetables, and increase your water intake.

If you do not have elevated cholesterol levels, you may even consume unsalted, non-fried nuts, e.g., almonds, walnuts, cashews, etc. Be careful about excessive intake as it will increase your cholesterol levels and build up heat within your body leading to your skin breaking out in acne.

Get at least 8 hours of sleep at night daily.

It will be better to change your diet and lifestyle than to take multivitamins. They have side effects as well.

Thank you.
