1-I have given my blood for the following four lab tests:

Anti-transglutaminease-IgA Anti-transglutaminease-IgG Anti-Gliadin (Deamidated)-A Anti-Gliadin (Deamidated)-A I have conducted my blood test report for Anti-gluten and antigliadin test. All my tests showed negative results. What about my gluten-free diet? 1-Will I continue my gluten-free diet? 2- Can I take other food containing wheat or oat after this test? 3-Will it damages my health if I again start wheat or wheat product?
