Are u taking any other medicine for any other reason.What about bilirubin level.Are u vaccinated?
It could be fatty liver causing raised Sgpt or drug induced liver damage.

thanks doctor for reply. my ra factor is also 340, I also have ra related ild disease. can it be ra factor effect?

my joints are not affected now. doctor say ra effect on my lungs. I m taking medicine like cellcept 500mg twice a day, deltacortril 4 tablets for first month, rest 3 tablets but now on 2 tablets.

when I get up early in the morning my face, hands and body got swelled. is it liver problem?

Go for USG Abdomen especially hepatobiliary tract, complete LFTs and S. Uric acid.
reduce fat intake in yur diet . and advised ultrasound abdomen
Your 0roblem may fatty liver related or it may drug induced liver derangement or autoimmune liver problem.
You need further evaluation.
Kindly consult a Hepatologist.

yes doc I m taking deltacortril 2 tablets once day, cellcept 500mg 1+1 and hcq 200mg from last 2 months for ra related ild disease. I also took ciprofloxacin 500mg 1+1 for 7 days as I had undergone urs procedure for ureteric stone. kindly tell me.
