If the skin appears normal then no need to worry,,pores are normal during and after pregnancy,,they will eventually reduce in size,,use acne wash on the area to keep the pores clean and unclogged.
It is normal if there are no other symptoms.

It isn't acne.. Just open large pores.. No lump or bump
