Can anyone suggest me should I start doing routine body test, I never face any issue Allhamdolilah in past but now I am thinking to start body routine because I am facing some issues so please suggest me, muja Konsa test add Karna chahiya.
Last 1 year sa hair fall aur hair thinning bohat ha aur last 3 month sa white hair ki quantity bohat zayada ho gai ha.
Dosra issue Muja Khana khany ka Baad most of the time washroom ki need hoti ha aur phanay ka sath gas bi hoti ha. Din ma kafi dafa pahana ata.
