hey. left side headache and the other symptoms you have mentioned is quite concerning for your age there are two important differentials w this history needs to be excluded migrainous cephalgia or GCA we call it giant cell arteritis. but will need proper questionnaire , avoid medications for now use paracetamol if you are not allergic. you need consultation anyways. regards Dr Naeem , specialist registrar in medicine , Dublin Ireland

You might have something called temporal arteritis. please get this test done immediately from emergency
