yes you can consult on video call. CT scan has no role in the diagnosis of piles and fissure. for this proctoscopy and colonoscopy for selected cases ir required but not the CT.
CT is not used for diagnosis of hemorrhoids. If they advised it, they must have found some other problem. proctoscopy is the best first investigation lekin woh clinic men ho sakti hay, online nahin.
