Talk to General Physician on Hand Shaking Tremor

today morning when i was talking to my friend on phone my left hand begin to shake uncontrollably. i think it was tremor then it going on for few minute then stop and after some time it started again only in left side. and again it stopped after few minutes. now after 9 to 10 hours i don't feel that much shaking but i feel little bit pain in arm and weakness. what can cause it? it is still there but very mild and i feel it is not only hand but also my arm
