please get following tests done. Since when have you been suffering this complian. Any neck stiffness or pain? Do you ha e a regular menstrual cycle are your periods due? Does the restlessness happen at night or when your really tired?

1. Restless of hands can be because of multiple causes. Unfortunately desi remedies have been documented to make it worse. Stopping them may bring some benefit.
2. A detailed assesment by a physician are required but a there a few things you can do until you meet them.
3. Ensure balanced diet and mindfulness. Prayer and meditation is very helpful. Try to limit your caffeine.
4. Please avoid any medication that may cause sleep. You can take them if your physician prescribes them.
5. Ensure proper and complete sleep.
6. Your doctor will probably get your blood glucose, CBC, RFT, LFT, and possibly some other tests.
