Check Serum creatinine and BUN
Check BP 3-4 time a day and make a chart of 3days

Make BP chart by recording BP morning and evening for 3-4 days. If BP is confirmed then start with lifestyle modifications.
To reduce blood pressure, focus on lifestyle changes: eat less salt (avoid processed foods, pickles, chips), follow a healthy diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, maintain a healthy weight, and exercise at least 30 minutes most days. Quit smoking, limit alcohol, reduce stress through relaxation or meditation, get 7–8 hours of sleep, and cut down on excess caffeine. Even small consistent changes in diet, activity, and stress control can lower BP significantly.
