1. Long hours of usage with a mobile phone can cause this. Remember that the mobile was not designed for long tasks. Laptops and computers are better suited for this.
2. If mobile is a necessity try placing it on the table and sitting upright.
3. Avoid prolonged working hours and take regular rest.
4. Wrist bands/ wrist supports have also been beneficial for some.
5. Paracetamol 500mg, 2 tablets can be taken when pain is more. Use only when pain is too much.
6. If no improvement in symptoms, please have a discussion with a medical profession in person.
