Me OSMF ka patient hun Stage 1, currently i am taking calcium and vitamin D3 tablet one daily with one tablet of folic acid and one tablet of Ruling 40 on empty stomach. OSMF diagnose hone se pehle me apna weight loose ker raha tha khana kum kha raha tha then i left this jb mjhe pta chala me osmf ka patient hun. lekin is doran mera weight bohat jaldi loose hua. Mera weight bhi almost 8 -10 kg loose hogya hai or ab hathon me or ungli me kapkapahat mehsoos hoti hai akser sath me dark circles hain eyes ke niche or hair fall bhi observe ho raha haj Jism me pehle jesi taqat nahi hai pehle to me day night kaam kerta tha but ab thak jata hun. Akser letne ka dil kerta hai. Koi test bataden taky problem diagnose hojae. Or mjhe ye bhi puchna hai ke me ye problem apne osmf doctor se consult kerun ya or kisi doctor se ? Right now me ENT doctor se apna OSMF ka treatment kerwa raha hun.

You have weakness,tremors in hands,hairfall,dark eye circles. Please get these tests done Blood CBC ESR,LFT,Serum creatinine,TSH.ANA with immunofluorescence.
Do you have any joint pains or dry mouth or skin rashes or shortness of breath.?
Get above tests done to rule out any immune dysfunction causing hands kapkapahat,weight loss,hair fall,dark circles,kamzori,weakness.OSMF does not cause these symptoms.
