Asking For Self, Female 38, karachi pakistan
I m 38 female. have 3 kids. 1 miscarriage. have high bp130/90 or 100/130.. cannot breathin completely. sometimes I force to deep breath. . I was in depression for 4 to 5 yearsfor some reason. that's why I used to sleep 10 to 13 hours or more in a day. but not now. I have no family history of high BP. I feel pulsation or kind of heart beat while laying on left side on side of ribs.

for now do walk for 45 min a day for 5 days a week
try to keep yourself busy .
walk eat well take fruits lots of water n fruits.
be happy
