Salaam I m really looking forward to get my problem resolved here as I can't go to any doctor.i gave a kind of sprained and strained pain in my right arm . whenever I twist my wrist a sharp pain feels but not in joint . besides this I am feeling a bit swelling just side of wrist . And nerves stiffness near elbow joint. Plz help
