Having Severe Headache

I&rsquo;m  3rd month pregnant, and I&rsquo;m having severe headache and fever and severe body ache jis ki wja se mje bar bar chakkar arae hain . 2,3 weeks se mere sath yehi hora hai jab me thora zada kam krti hu ya thaknay lgti hu mje headache horaha hai . Mene ik doctor ko dekhaya tha unho ne mje simple panadol prescribe ki thi but wo short hai tou me ab kiya karun? Konsi dawai lun mjhe kal se constantly sur dard hai sahi nhi ho rha ksi tarah b pls help me &hellip; panadol ki jagah calpol ya panadol extender le sktay hain?

it has different kind of headaches so need to be visited by a specialist physician soon after taking history and doing physical examination and some tests then everything will be cleared up and treatment will be started
