My HCG test on 12th March showed 391 and on 17th March showed 735. is it normal?
Normal depends on your detailed history. It normally rises in pregnancy. Still history is required

how many times have you passed to become pregnant , because it depends on week by week fetus development , according to your level I think 4week of pregnancy.
If your pregnancy test is positive, it means you're pregnant. If the test is negative, it means you aren't pregnant. this is qualitative test
