Talk to General Physician on Heachache Stomach Pain Pelvic Pain Nausea

its been 3  months that i m having heachache at any time of the day i tried all the pain killers which intially helped but not helping now. I gradually developed backache also. My periods are regular but from past 2 months bleeding is very less. I often face vaginal discharge which is not smelly and very water like. Had itching at genital areas also. And i feel nausea alot along with stomach pain.

Sometimes i feel a very sharp pain from Uterus to vagina. i have gone to a nearby doctor for check up but they do not take my symptoms seriously and give me pain killers and and motilium. My weight is 83 kgs height 5 feet 4 inches. age 23. Married mother of a 10month baby. i got pregnant with iui at first attempt and was taking medicine and injections for geting preg . Normally delivered. I have tested twice thrice i m not pregnant. I m currently taking no medicine.

please help me out which doc should i visit. what tests and screenings should be done.
