Talk to General Physician on Head Ache

I am experiencing consistent headaches for almost 5 days, whenever i hear loud voices , my pain gets higher Moreover, on the temples on the sides of head, i can feel the veins throbbing most of the time. It can be due to stress, because i have busy schedule these days, but this pain is getting irritating day by day.
