Talk to General Physician on Head Issue Due To A Hit By A Steel Spoon

I got a hit on the top of my head by a steel spoon almost 15 days ago. The hit was not severe and there was no injury apparently, but after half an hour of the hit I started feeling weakness overall and felt that I can't control my head balance. Since that day, I'm having weakness in my whole body, head and eye strain, slight headache. I'm conscious and speaking properly but when I concentrate on something or try to think deeply, I feel strain in my head and a feeling of block. Moreover, somewhat shortness of breath too. I have actually another medical history, as I'm a patient of muscular dystrophy already. Please doctor help me find out the cause of my symptoms even though the hit was light.
