head pain severe kind of almost everyday exept 2 to 3 days in a month of relaxation .. can it be migraine ? We had mri n it shows maxillary sinus cyst in nose.. it can be the cause ?

Dr says its migraine but the question is migraine can be the cause of opain every day ? I heard migraine pain happens sometimes in a month not every day

When she was 16 cuz of his father sudden death the panic attacks started suddenly and after one year panic attacks problem resolved but after this she got this problem before it was 1 week in a month but now its 15 days every month un bearable pain except only 2 to 3 days of relaxation ..
