Hi - i have continuous head rush since last 5 days, doctor asked if i have ear pain and i had it since last Sunday from air travelling,i also have a history of ear pain as i feel it time to time since my childhood, he also asked for neck pain but i don't have that, he gave me some medicine for 3 days and i felt quite better but not completely fine, i saw him yesterday again and he checked my blood pressure which was 140 high (age 32) he showed concern over it and asked to take concer 2.5 mg for 2 time till 3 days and then 7 days after breakfast...i have high blood pressure issue since 2019 but it mostly happens when i don't get enough sleep for back to back 2,3 days, it goes at 150/155 but comes back down after taking a proper sleep.
My questions are, any chance someone can confirm this decease name and how serious it is? He mentioned it but i can't remember.
Also several people have told me once i start blood pressure medication i will have to take it for life? How True is it? h

brother as a cardiologist I have to say concor is not treatment of BP as first step treatment at all it is better to visit a cardiologist to take proper medicine as taking concor not only improve your blood pressure but also can cause impotency and other heart problem for you such as heart block secondly your concept is totally wrong, BP has not any treatment just we can control it with medicine. if you have high BP you should at first do life style modification such as regular exercise and salt abstinence it can treat your BP completely but if despite life style modification still you have high BP you must use proper medicine as of you don't you will encounter with serious high BP complications such as stroke, blindness, heart attack and kidney failure. you should visit a cardiologist asap

Sir Sardar Ali - i don't exactly now how to explain it but i had woozy feeling, when i move my head it felt like spinning, it was comparatively better if i keep it still, in sajda or when i'm laying down to sleep it was spinning fast and it was hard to keep it that way and if i try to stand back up fast i will feel losing control, doctor checked my ear he said it its swelling bad and this is the reason i'm feeling it.

Meniere disease... but Hypertension is not necessary to diagnose it...

Hypertension is a blood pressure decease, i wanted to know the one for hear rush/Vertigo from ear pain, he also asked about neck pain

Also is it true about blood pressure medication that i will have to take it for life once i start taking them? i am taking concer 2.5 mg for last 2 days.
