general physician ko visit kar loo...
Take panadol tab ,2 tablets thrice a day with food for headache.
Keep Blood pressure under control..Which medicine are you taking for high BP?.Monitor and note BP readings at home.
Do you have vomiting , nausea,visual changes ?Is there past history of one sided headaches too.
If no relief consult a neurophysician to rule out migraine.He may or may not want an MRI later.
